Corona cases in Pakistan rose to 285,921, recovery rate rose to 263,193

The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) reported 17 deaths and 1,947 recoveries in the 24-hour period.

The country’s death toll stands at 6,129, while at least 263,193 patients have recovered.

During a telephonic conversation, Prime Minister Imran Khan and Bill Gates discussed the latest developments on Covid-19. The premier briefed Bill Gates about the decline in coronavirus cases in Pakistan.

He said the government’s smart lockdown policy has been effective in improving the situation in the country.
