In pictures: Ahsan, Minal seal the deal with a fairytale wedding
Actors Minal Khan and Ahsan Mohsin Akram have finally tied the knot and pictures from their nikkah ceremony have been doing the rounds since yesterday.
To say their wedding was a star-studded affair would be an understatement but it was certainly one for the books. The event, which took place on Friday, saw the couple dressed to the T. Minal donned an exquisite red lehenga choli designed by Annus Abrar as she swirled for pictures, looking stunning. She paired her ensemble with jewellery by Ali Javeri Jewellers. While Ahsan looked dapper in a suit by Ismail Farid.

Gearing up for the event, Minal gave her followers a glimpse of her Mehendi, following which, pictures from her big day started pouring in. In one of the clips shared by photographer Maha Wajahat Khan, Minal’s family stood next to her as she covered her face with her gorgeous red duppatta before walking down the aisle.
Her sister and actor Aiman Khan, accompanied by her husband Muneeb Butt, also posed for the camera. She stunned in a beige lehenga choli with orange dupatta, twinning with her adorable baby daughter, Amal Muneeb.

Minal made her entrance to Elvis Presley’s Can’t Help Falling in Love, as opposed to the Bollywood and Pakistani numbers she was previously dancing to, albeit, the song fit the moment perfectly. Ahsan, on the other hand, made his entry with a bhangra alongside his family.

A clip of the couple signing their nikah papers has also become the highlight of the night, as it sees Aiman tearing up in happiness. Minal is also seen crying and smiling, swelling our hearts with joy.

The night saw several celebrities making an appearance too. New parents and popular couple Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain lit up the canopy with their beaming looks. Iqra dazzled like always, in a Nomi Ansari ensemble, while Yasir sported a white sherwani with grey overcoat by SHAFFER.

Actor Saboor Aly also showed up with her fiancé Ali Ansari. While models and actors Amna Ilyas, Areeba Habib and Kinza Hashmi showed up as well. Celebrity couple Yasir Nawaz and Nida Yasir, who have been in the news lately, attended the ceremony too.

The night came to a close with Minal bidding an emotional adieu to her family, especially Aiman, who had been side by side with her during her fairytale moment, just like Minal had been there for hers.

Nevertheless, here’s wishing the newlyweds a happy, blessed married life ahead. And hopefully, the trolls will take it easy now.
