Mahira Khan pens heartfelt birthday wish for son

Mahira Khan celebrated her son Azlan’s 11th birthday on September 15, taking to Instagram to share an endearing picture herself with him.

Khan also penned a heartfelt birthday caption to go with the picture, starting off with, “My one and only, my only one.”

“11 years ago you gave birth to your Mama, your mimi. Grateful every second of my life that I was chosen to be your mother,” she wrote, adding a sweet prayer for her child. “I pray for you and all the children of this world – to be happy, healthy, brave, and kind. Ameen.”

She then added a well-known Khalil Gibran quote to the caption to round it off, saying, “For you Azlan, a million times over.” 

Earlier, in a virtual interview with celebrity designer HSY, Mahira shared how grateful she is for Azlan. “My child is someone I feel super grateful for. He is the center of my world, everything revolves around him. But I feel the same way about him, the people I love; that there is something that I must have done right.”
