Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi reunite for untitled film, while fans hope for ‘Munna Bhai 3’
Looks like the Munna Bhai crew is back together for another project! Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi, who have appeared in multiple films together such as Munna Bhai M.B.B.S., Lage Raho Munna Bhai and Dhamaal are all set to reunite for an upcoming project.
On Thursday, Dutt took to his social media accounts to reveal the first look of the film. Taking to Instagram, he posted a picture in which both the actors can be seen inside a jail. The Sanju star also penned down an introduction to the film, keeping most of the details under wraps.
“Our wait has been longer than yours but it’s finally over. Coming together with my brother Arshad Warsi for yet another exciting movie. Can’t wait to show you, stay tuned,” read the caption.
Warsi also shared a post featuring the same image on his Instagram handle. “Finally, it’s happening! Teaming up with my brother Sanjay for another entertaining movie and our wait has been longer than yours,” wrote the Modern Love Mumbai actor, ending the caption with a winking emoji.
Even though the film’s poster does not disclose its name yet, the untitled project is all set to hit the big screens in 2023.
Soon after the news circulated online, people rushed to the comment section of the actors’ posts, ecstatic to see their favourite duo make a comeback. “Yes! Finally, the best duo reuniting,” one user wrote, while another posted, “I’m excited for Munna Circuit’s re-entry into the cinema.”
More chimed in to celebrate the forthcoming venture. “This is the healing this country needs!” penned one user. “Is this Munna Bhai 3?” asked another confused fan. “Relax guys, it’s not Munna Bhai 3” expressed another Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. fan.
While the title of the film is still a secret, fans can only hope their most favourite comedy flick is making a return.
