Malaria control: Experts call for improved impediment to cut burden  

ISLAMABAD: Health experts on Sunday urged a open for larger commitment opposite and for holding combined precautions opposite malaria.

According to a Directorate of Malaria Control, Pakistan has a high occurrence rate of malaria where an estimated 3.5 million people agreement a pathogen annually.

Health experts advise that malaria could be a life melancholy illness unless treated.

Dr Wasim Khawaja during a Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) pronounced parasites were transmitted by putrescent anopheles mosquitoes who punch people. Dr Khawaja warned that these mosquitoes customarily punch during eve and dawn.

He combined that for non-immune individuals, symptoms might seem around 10 to 15 days after being infected.
