Agha Siraj Durrani’s remand extended till April 12

Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani’s remand has been extended till April 12.

NAB’s investigation officer told the accountability court on Saturday that his 10-year assets should have amounted to Rs110 million but instead Durrani has Rs440 million.

If all his expenses were paid with this, then where did all this leftover money come from, asked the officer.

Pay orders worth Rs240 million have been found, where did those come from, he asked. He informed the court that important evidence is surfacing in the case.

People whose salaries are Rs20,000 are making Rs12 million, said NAB.
