Following a massive leak on the internet, directors Joe and Anthony Russo have penned a letter to Marvel fans asking them not to spoil Avengers: Endgame.
The Russo brothers took to Twitter on Tuesday to share a letter similar to one they composed ahead of Avengers: Infinity War in 2018.

The letter applauds the fan base that’s been on the Marvel Avengers movie ride for over a decade.
“Please know that the two of us, along with everyone involved in Endgame, have worked tirelessly for the last three years with the sole intention of delivering a surprising and emotionally powerful conclusion to the Infinity Saga,” the brothers wrote.

The Russos asked fans to please not spoil the movie for others who haven’t seen it. “Remember, Thanos still demands your silence.”
This isn’t the first time that the Russos have made a request like this to moviegoers.
On the eve of Avengers: Infinity War’s premiere last year, the brothers advised fans to steer clear of social media if they wanted to avoid spoilers. They also started off their plea with the hashtag #ThanosDemandsYourSilence, which is referenced in this new letter as well.
It also includes a brand new hashtag that’s currently trending on Twitter, #DontSpoilTheEndgame.
Avengers: Endgame will be screened in theatres on April 26.
