KARACHI: Emphasising a need for rapid and affordable justice, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar pronounced that South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Saarc) presents an ideal forum by that states can come together for fit management of justice.

“Saarc has been many successful when it comes to people-to-people team-work and SAARCLAW is a covenant of such team-work where judges, lawyers, authorised academics and law students come underneath one roof to share practice and expertise,” he pronounced on Saturday while inaugurating SAARCLAW Conference to symbol a 25th anniversary in Karachi.

Justice Nasir called for sustenance of affordable and swift entrance to probity to those seeking a same by courts, observant members of bar and dais need to be equally responsive of their responsibilities towards a marginalised sections of a society.
