ABBOTTABAD: The widow and other family members of a infantryman who was killed in a Kargil War have indicted his hermit of defrauding them of money and other valuables.

Speaking to a media, in Abbottabad. On Tuesday, Sepoy Muhammad Hussain Shah’s widow, Mehr Bibi, pronounced that her father had been awarded 100 kanals of land in Multan along with Rs126,000 and a endowment for flattery (Tamgha-e-Shujaat) after he was killed in a 1999  Kargil war.

Mehr bibi pronounced that given her dual daughters and a son were too immature during a time of their father’s death, her brother-in-law Akbar Hussain Shah, a late army official, became their defender and dealt with all authorised matters. In this regard, Akbar helped Mehr arrange out papers for property, grant and other matters.

Mehr, pronounced that when she told Akbar in 2010 to palm over a documents, money endowment and pension, he told her that a money was in a bound deposition that would be paid to her son after a set time period. However, Mehr, claimed that Akbar had cold a whole endowment from a bank fraudulently though her believe given she was illiterate.

She pronounced that Akbar never took her for holding possession of a land and so has no believe either a land awarded was still in her name or had been sold.
