LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has dangling a presentation of a Punjab Higher Education Department (HED) that bars acknowledgment in FSc if there is a opening of 5 years after flitting matriculation.

The college deserted his admission, citing his five-year opening as a reason. The HED does not concede acknowledgment to students who take a five-year opening after their matriculation examination.

Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar has dangling a presentation and sought minute responses by Oct 18.
