The White House has close down an online petition seeking for Pakistan to be announced a state unite of terrorism after suspecting fraud.
“This petition has been archived since it did not accommodate a signature requirements. It can no longer be signed,” a website reads. According to reports, supporters of a petition had until Oct 21, to get a sum of 100,000 signatures in sequence to accept a response from a White House. The petition was sealed during a count of 646,564 signatures.
While a website unsuccessful to discuss anything per a petition being fraudulent, a White House central told Hindustan Times on a condition of anonymity that there were “some technical issues with some of a signatures” that indispensable to be looked into. Some of a signatures “could potentially be private if there is justification of fraud” unchanging with a terms of participation, a central added.
The petition was launched on Sep 21 by an particular whose initials review RG. It kicked off a day after Congressmen Ted Poe and Dana Rohrabacher introduced a Pakistan State Sponsor of Terrorism Designation Act.
