Jacob Hall, a 6-year-old who was killed during a sharpened in Townville, SC, was laid to rest Wednesday (Oct. 5) with a superhero funeral. Friends, family, and members of a village collected in a tiny city to pay their respects to a child who mislaid his life in nonetheless another meaningless shooting.

“Superman, when he was Clark Kent he wore glasses,” pronounced Jacob’s good aunt, Rebecca Huniicutt. “He was clumsy. He was awkward…And we consider that’s a approach Jacob saw himself. ‘OK, me being Jacob, we can’t do all we wish to do. we can’t save a world. we can’t save Townville, though as ‘Catboy,’ when I’m my superhero, I’ve got it going on.”
