24th genocide anniversary of ‘Peoples Poet’ Habib Jalib

Habib Jalib, whose genuine name was Habib Ahmad, was a intrepid producer who had dedicated his life opposite a rough and exploitive complement here.

Born on Mar 24, 1928 in Miani Afghanan, Hoshiarpur Habib became a voice of a people to lift their afflitions and pitiable existence always fighting for a rights of a common man.

He penned down his epic poem ‘Dastur’ opposite a afterwards ruler boss Ayub Khan in 1962. Later he stood adult with Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah when she contested Ayub in ubiquitous elections a few years later.

Politically he was dependent with National Awami Pary.

He penned down another epic poem ‘Larkanay chalo verna thanay chalo during Bhutto’s rule. And still after he came adult with ‘Zulmat ko zia, sarsar ko saba, banday ko khuda kya likhna’ as criticism opposite Ziaul Haq’s rule.

Habib Jalib died on Mar 12, 1993 in Lahore and laid to rest during Sabzazar Scheme graveyard, Lahore where he lays in almighty rest.
