Dairy-free diets warning over risk to bone health

Diets that cut out dairy food could be a “ticking time bomb” for immature people’s bone health, a gift is warning.

A National Osteoporosis Society consult found a fifth of under-25s are slicing out or shortening dairy in their diet.

It pronounced it was endangered many immature adults were putting their health during risk by following eating fads.

Cutting out dairy can be healthy if adequate calcium is consumed from other sources, such as nuts, seeds and fish.

The gift surveyed 2,000 adults, including 239 underneath a age of 25 and 339 aged 25-35.—Radio Pakistan
