Discovery to build $400 million thesis park in Costa Rica
Discovery Communications, owners of Discovery Channel and Animal Planet, will build a $400 million thesis park in Costa Rica, a supervision pronounced on Tuesday.

Local investment organisation Sun Latin America will be obliged for building a 800-hectare (1,977-acre) plan in a range of Guanacaste, a beach tourism end some 225 kilometers (139.81 miles) north of a capital, a supervision said.

The park, that will embody hotels, eco-adventure activities, sports areas and restaurants, will beget some 2,000 jobs during the 2018-2020 construction, Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solís told a news conference.
Discovery Communications and Sun Latin America did not yield sum on their agreement.
