Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz on Staurday pronounced a International Court for Justice (ICJ) can't stop Indian view Kulbushan Jadhav’s genocide sentence.

“Jhadav had confessed to carrying out militant activities inside Pakistan and was a naval officer regulating a feign passport. He was condemned according to a country’s law,” Aziz pronounced while addressing a media in Islamabad.

Jadhav was arrested in a counter-intelligence raid in Mashkel, Balochistan in Mar 2016.
