Spot Fixing case: Tribunal rejects Latif lawyer’s leave application

Pakistan Cricket Board submitted its reply regarding footage provision of May 19 proceedings and the objections of Tribunal chief. Khalid Lateef’s lawyer requested to adjourn the case from May 25 to June 13 for his personal engagements, which the tribunal rejected and ordered the lawyer of Khalid Lteef to submit reply on May 29.

Meanwhile, Former Australian Cricketer Dane Jones recorded his statement to the Tribunal through skype. Sadiq Mohammed will record their statements on Thursday, while Mohammed Yousuf will also record his statement to the tribunal.
