Roasted tomato and Chicken sandwich
Ingredients
2 vast tomatoes
2 tbsp of olive oil
11/2 tbsp of lemon extract or balsamic vinegar
Salt and creatively belligerent black pepper
2 poached duck breasts
Cheddar cheese slices
Rocket or spinach leaves
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard sauce
Hot salsa to taste
1 clove garlic
Method
1. Half a tomatoes length correct and line them on a baking tray.
2. Drizzle with lemon juice, salt and peppers and minced garlic.
3. Bake for 25-30 mins on 180 degrees to 200 degrees.
4. Once a tomatoes are done, start to assemble.
5. Spread some mayonnaise followed by mustard on a cut of bread.
6. Layer with spinach leaves and poached chicken.
7. Next, supplement a roasted tomatoes and cheddar slice.
8. Top with another cut of bread and we are prepared to eat.
Panzanella
Ingredients
A day aged crusty bread
1 medium-sized cucumber – diced
1 medium-sized onion – diced
2 medium-sized tomatoes – diced
½ crater additional pure olive oil
1 tsp of mustard
5 tbsp of balsamic vinegar – if taken reinstate with lemon extract or apple cider vinegar
Fresh basil leaves or a herb of your choice
Salt and peppers to taste
Method
1. Cut a bread into chunks and bake in a oven until golden and crisp.
2. Whisk a soppy reduction together for a sauce adding seasoning and basil leaves.
3. Serve!
Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
6 portions duck – legs and thighs
1/2 crater yoghurt
1/4 crater unfeeling or olive oil
4 tbsp melted butter
1 orange or lemon
1/2 in. square of ginger cut into cubes
4-5 cloves of garlic halved
Dry spices
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp paprika – if available
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
Method
1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
2. Roast a spices in a frying vessel for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
3. Blend all ingredients, including a lemon extract and melted butter, regulating a palm blender or a food processor until we get a well-spoken paste.
4. Score a duck with a blade and marinate in a piquancy mixture.
5. Refrigerate for during slightest an hour or a few hours if there is time.
6. Once cooking for during slightest an hour, place a duck onto a baking tray and fry for 45 mins to an hour enclosed in foil.
7. Remove a foil in a final 10 mins to get a good colour on a chicken.
8. Dress with a juices collected in a roasting tray.
Mango spinach smoothie
Ingredients
2 vast mangoes cubed
3/4 crater spinach
1 banana
3/4 crater soy divert or almond milk
Method
1. Place all of a reduction into your blender and mix until smooth.
2. Add ice if needed
3. Consume immediately.
Falsa juice
Ingredients
1 crater falsa
1/4 tsp rock/black salt
2 tsp belligerent sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 crater cold water
Method
1. Thoroughly rinse and empty a falsa.
2. Soak in comfortable H2O for a few hours to keep flavour. (optional)
3. Blend a falsa along with a sugar, H2O and salt.
4. Strain and flow into a container.
5. At this point, falsa extract can be churned with other creatively prepared juices to make an even some-more favourable drink.
