ISLAMABAD: New Delhi has once again asked Islamabad for consular entrance to Kulbhushan Jadhav – a self-confessed Indian view condemned to genocide for fomenting terrorism in Pakistan – as both sides exchanged lists of prisoners in any other’s control on Saturday.
