The court also issued notices to the Finance Secretary and Election Commission Secretary. According to the report of the Election Commission, the federal government did not provide the funds, non-provision of funds is a violation of court orders.
According to the notice the court also directed the finance secretary to bring all the records – the chief justice summoned all the officers in the chamber on April 14. The court said that it should be told why the orders of the Supreme Court were not followed.
