Withheld income is a repayment, not an aid, Pakistan tells US

WASHINGTON: Reacting to Pentagon’s preference to secrete $50 million of a bloc support account (CSF), Pakistan’s envoy to a United States has pronounced that Pakistan has paid a towering tellurian and financial cost in a quarrel opposite terrorism.
