Bail Denied: Suspect arrested outward courtroom

ISLAMABAD: Police on Friday arrested a male who had been requisitioned in Jul for assaulting a chairman in Phulgaran. Muhammad Shahzad was arrested outward a courtroom after his bail-before-arrest focus was discharged by Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Raja Khurram Ali Khan. His co-accused Muhammad Hashim, Muhammad Ishaq and Muhammad Qasim, however, were postulated bail. The suspects had been requisitioned by a Bhara Kahu military on Aug 5. Meanwhile, a same justice clear a male arrested on a murder charge. Imtiaz Khan had been requisitioned by a Khanna military on charges of murder and rioting. The court, however, clear him after a assign unsuccessful to infer a charge.
