Zardari taunts Imran, claims PTI chief is a ‘one-line cricketer’
NOWSHERA: Former president Asif Ali Zardari on Monday taunted PTI chief Imran Khan, stating that he was a ‘one-line’ cricketer who only knew how to play one ball.
Addressing party supporters and workers, Zardari said that PPP was being weakened since the time of military dictator Gen. Zia-ul-Haq.
“However, these tactics do not scare us,” he said.
Zardari criticised the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, stating that those in power in the province didn’t even know where to spend their budget.
“At times they worry about correcting hospitals, then they move to reform schools. Then their focus diverts to curtailing mosquitoes,” he said.
