The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee is all set to accommodate on Thursday (today) in Karachi for sighting a Muharram moon, according to Express News.
The meeting, led by Mufti Munibur Rehman, would be reason during a Met bureau where evidences of new crescent moon for a new Hijri year would be collected. The zonal committees will also reason meetings during their particular locations.
According to meteorologists, a sky is approaching to be transparent in many tools of a country, so there are chances that a moon will be sighted tonight and 10th of Muharram (Youm-e-Ashoor) will be celebrated on Sunday (1st October).
The new Islamic year 1439 has already been started in Gulf, European and many other countries from Thursday.
