RAWALPINDI: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has destined a Rawalpindi multiplication commissioner, district coordination officer (DCO), informal military officer (RPO) and city military officer (CPO) to seem before a justice on Tuesday to explain a blockage of roads by regulating containers.
