Emerging Asia Cup 2018 to be played in Pakistan, says PCB Chairman

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Najam Sethi announced on Sunday that Emerging Asia Cup 2018 will be hold in Pakistan subsequent year.

Speaking in a press discussion along with his Sri Lankan counterpart, Sethi said: “five full-member ICC countries and one qualifier will play a contest in subsequent year April,” adding, “ we wish India will come to play a tournament.”

The Chairman PCB also pronounced that a contest will be hold in some-more than one venue.

Sethi pronounced that a report of West Indies debate to Pakistan will be finalised in a day or two.

Speaking on a occasion, President Sri Lankan Cricket Board Thilanga Sumathipala pronounced that Sri Lankans have good memories trustworthy with Lahore city, as it won a cricket universe crater here in 1996.

“We are happy to be here in Lahore. We are here to support good cricket, Pakistan is a large cricket-playing nation that cant be ignored,” he said.

Sumathipala combined that Pakistani supervision extended a support during a times of disturbance in Sri Lanka.

“We have seen unusual confidence here. We will come again for a cricket fans here,” a house arch said. “It’s an honour to play in Pakistan. One wins and another looses in cricket though what matters is that loving family should be confirmed between both a countries.”
