A 62-year-old male died while holding partial in a hunt in a Paris area Monday after being charged by a deer that fatally gored him, military said.
The occurrence occurred around 10 am (0900 GMT) in a Compiegne inhabitant park, about 85 kilometres (53 miles) northeast of Paris.
The male was behaving as a beater when he was struck. He “was charged and pierced by a deer that stabbed him with his antlers,” a military orator said.
The hunter, who was not carrying a rifle, died of inner draining before puncture services could arrive. Police pronounced this form of genocide was “uncommon”.
