PESHAWAR: Justice Mohammad Ayub Khan took promise as a new decider of Peshawar High Court on Tuesday.
PHC Chief Justice Yahya Afridi administered a promise to him during a ceremony.
With a appointment of Justice Ayub, a series of judges in a high justice has risen to 15, reported Geo News.
Justice Ayub Khan took a promise in a rite attended by many lawyers and judges.
“I, Muhammad Ayub Khan, do gravely swear that we will bear loyal faith and devotion to Pakistan. That as a decider of Peshawar High Court for a range of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, we will liberate my duties and perform my functions honestly, to a best of my ability, and steadily in suitability with a Constitution of a Islamic Republic of Pakistan and a law. That we will reside by a formula of a control issues by a Supreme Judicial Council,” he affianced during a ceremony.
“I will not concede my personal interests to change my central control or my central decisions. we will preserve, strengthen and urge a Constitution of a Islamic Republic of Pakistan. And that in all circumstances, we will do right to all demeanour of people, according to law, but fear of favour, love or ill-will. May Allah Almighty assistance and beam me. Ameen.”
Before his elevation, Justice Ayub was portion as decider of burden justice in Peshawar.
He also served as district and sessions decider and remained posted in opposite stations. Justice Ayub also served as registrar of a PHC.
