KARACHI: Hundreds collected during New Memon Masjid on MA Jinnah Road to offer special prayers for sleet in Karachi that has been gripped by a heatwave for over a week now.

Further, a Meteorological Department has released another heatwave warning as temperatures in Karachi are approaching to soar from Monday (May 27) to Thursday (May 31) after cooling off somewhat on a weekend.
However, vocalization to Geo News, Sindh Health Secretary Dr Fazlullah Pechuho discharged reports of deaths due to a heatwave in a city.
