Appointment Of Epa Dg: Contempt petition filed opposite CM
LAHORE: A disregard of probity petition has been filed in a Lahore High Court opposite Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for not appointing a new Director General of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The LHC arch probity had set aside appointment of Dr Javed Iqbal as DG EPA on Oct 26 for not being authorised for a post. The arch probity had destined a supervision to designate a new obligatory particularly in suitability with a law. Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah would take adult a petition on Friday (today).
