Man arrested in the UAE for wearing a burqa to spy on his wife

A man was arrested wearing a woman’s abaya, niqab and gloves in the UAE before he could enter the Dubai Metro station.
He was also fined 2,000 dirhams, reported the Khaleej Times.
The man, who is a sales manager, said he had donned the disguise to spy on his wife.
He had overheard her saying that she would be meeting her lover at the Al Fahidi Metro Station in Dubai that morning.
The man said he finished work, changed his clothes in his car and then headed to the Metro station to catch his wife in the act.
