ISLAMABAD: The sovereign ombudsman has destined all sovereign supervision departments to solve open complaints within 15 days underneath a new complaints supervision system. The directives were released by Senior Adviser and Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis Hafiz Ahsaan Ahmad Khokhar on a recommendation of Federal Ombudsman Pakistan Salman Faruqui, pronounced a press recover released on Sunday.
