Zulfi Bukhari’s appointment challenged in Supreme Court

A petitioner, Adil Chatta, changed a tip justice opposite Bukhari’s appointment as he is a twin national.

The petition filed underneath a Constitution states, “If twin nationals can't be members of a National or provincial assemblies afterwards they should not be allocated as premier’s special assistants possibly as they have identical responsibilities.”

“Bukhari should not be authorised to work as a premier’s special partner and his appointment should be announced nothing and blank with evident effect,” a petition added.

The petition serve said, “Work that can't be finished directly can't be finished indirectly either.”

Prime Minister Imran Khan and a Cabinet Division have been done respondents in a petition.
