As an anti-terrorism justice began conference a cases today, twelve indicted in a box filed pleas of grant from appearing before court.
Among those who filed grant pleas are Finance Minister Asad Umar and Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
Last month, a ATC had postulated Prime Minister Imran Khan permanent grant from appearing before it in a dual cases.
The cases
The anti-terrorism justice is conference dual cases – conflict on a state radio building and Parliament – opposite Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leaders.
In Aug 2014, Khan and Tahir-ul-Qadri took to streets in Islamabad opposite purported paraphernalia in 2013 ubiquitous elections and Model Town sit-in. The criticism had continued for 104 days.
