ISLAMABAD: In a bid to boost confidence for Muharram, military and rangers have conducted a doorway to doorway hunt operation in Bhara Kahu and surrounding areas on Friday.
At slightest 14 suspects, were arrested during a hunt operation conducted in areas of Dhok Kilani, Seban Syedan, Mohalla Qaziabad, Nai Abadi, Satra Meel, Faraz Colony and Wahidi Colony.
The military also seized 13 twelve-bore guns, 4 7MM rifles, 10 thirty-bore pistols, dual 9MM pistols and 763 bullets while acid houses, workshops, markets, underneath construction buildings and residential areas.
According to Islamabad SSP Operations, Sajid Kiani, a hunt operation was conducted on a gauge of Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan. “The design of these hunt operations is to discharge a use of unlawful weapons in any bootleg activities,” remarked Kiani.
