Campaigns enter their last stages as the election approaches

Election campaigns are in their last stages as only three days are left for the general elections. Political and religious parties across the country are holding rallies and corner meetings.

Imran Khan is in Karachi, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Sehwan, Shehbaz Sharif is in Multan and the MMA’s candidates are in Mingora.

While the PTI is busy campaigning in Karachi and preparing for its rally at Bagh-e-Jinnah, the PPP’s Bilawal has taken his campaign to Jacobabad, Sehwan and Shikarpur.

PML-N president Shehbaz will be addressing party workers in Multan. The MMA is planning rallies in Mingora and Batkhela. The GDA is in Khairpur, rallying its supporters.

Preparations for the PML-N rally in Multan are complete. Three-thousand seats have been set up for participants and containers have also been prepared. Shehbaz is expected to address the crowd.

Strict security measures have been taken for the event. As per the ECP’s directives, the chief secretaries of all provinces are ensuring adequate security to candidates.
