COAS confirms genocide sentences of 8 terrorists
The convicts were concerned in a Safoora Goth massacre, a Sabeen Mahmud murder case, and other iniquitous offences associated to terrorism, including a murdering of trusting civilians, law coercion crew and members of a armed forces, ISPR said.

The ‘terrorists’ killed 90 people and bleeding 99 others, ISPR said, adding that explosives were also recovered from their possession.

Hafiz Muhammad Umar alias Jawad s/o Afzal Ahmed, Ali Rehman alias Pano/Toona s/o Asif ur Rehman, Abdul Salam alias Tayyab/Rizwan Azeem s/o Muhammad Nazar ul Islam and Khurram Shafique alias Abdullah Mansoor/Abdullah Mansuri s/o Muhammad Shafiq: These 4 convicts were members of restricted organisation.
They were concerned in aggressive persons of Ismaili village travelling in a train during Safoora Chorangi Karachi that resulted in a deaths of 45 passengers and caused injuries to 6 others.
They were also concerned in murdering of a amicable workman Sabeen Mahmud during Karachi.
