Fehmida Mirza for unanimous resolution to condemn BLA propaganda
ISLAMABAD: Former Speaker National Assembly Dr Fehmida Mirza Tuesday asked the lawmakers to pass a unanimous resolution, condemning “Free Baluchistan” propaganda campaign being run in Geneva by Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA).
On a point of order, she said “We should pass a unanimous resolution to strongly condemn the BLA propaganda and give a clear message to international community that no propaganda against Pakistan will be accepted.”
She said the resolution would give a further strength to Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, who was in US to address United Nations General Assembly session, and represented Pakistan’s case in a more effective manner.
She also asked the Balochitan Assembly to pass a similar resolution to condemn the anti-Pakistan campaign. – APP
