Google is apparently in talks to acquire all or partial of Taiwan-based HTC’s smartphone business.
According to a news by a Taiwanese news outlet The Commercial Times, the understanding is in a final stages, the CNBC reports.
Last month, another story suggested HTC was meddlesome in being acquired.
HTC was once one of a some-more renouned smartphone makers in a United States though has recently strike a wall with several catastrophic smartphone launches.

With HTC being familiar with a Google smartphone domain due to a launch of Google Pixel, that a Taiwanese association helped build, it seems like a understanding that would make sense.
