ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday calm a Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) from badgering a publisher who approached a justice seeking insurance from a inquisitive body.
Justice Aamer Farooq released notices to a group for May 29 with directions to “act particularly in suitability with law and a postulant shall not be harassed.”
Petitioner Taha Shakeel Siddiqui had filed a defence in a high justice by his warn Asma Jahangir, requesting a justice to approach a FIA to terminate ‘from badgering adults simply given they have voiced a perspective or are carrying out their veteran duties’.
