A row of doctors in India is assembly to confirm if a 10-year-old rape survivor can be postulated accede to bear an abortion.

The lady was raped by her stepfather and is due to give birth in 4 months, reported BBC.

Under Indian law, a lady is not authorised to bear termination after 20 weeks into her pregnancy, unless doctors settled that a woman’s life is in risk if a pregnancy continues.
