Kareena Kapoor start shooting Veere Di Wedding

Starring Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar among others, the film is said to be inspired by the Blake Lively and America Ferrera film series The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants.

In Veere Di Wedding, the journey of four girls from Delhi to Europe culminates in Veere’s big fat Punjabi wedding.

The film also marks Kareena’s comeback since having her baby Taimur.

The film’s shoot has started in Delhi, after which it will continue in Bangkok, say reports. The film will be directed by Shashanka Ghosh and is being co-produced by Sonam’s sister Rhea and Ekta Kapoor.
