KU disowns `fraud’ emails of jobs claiming money
KARACHI: A spokesman of the University of Karachi has disowned the emails circulating from a `fake email account (jobs.uok@gmail.com and careers.uok@post.com) claiming to offer jobs at the varsity and asking to pay money’.
In a statement on Friday he clarified that `these emails are fraud and have nothing to do with the varsity’.
Concerned ones are instructed in their own interest to ignore such emails otherwise KU will not bear any responsibility’, the Karachi University spokesman further pointed out. – SAMAA
