PESHAWAR: The Khyber-Pakhtunkwa (K-P) supervision has announced to bear all responsibility to be incurred in fighting a box of Mashal Khan — a broadcasting tyro – who was brutally murdered during Mardan’s Abdul Wali Khan University in April this year by a host that initial indicted him of committing blasphemy.
“All justice losses to be incurred in Mashal Khan’s box will be borne by a provincial government. The K-P Chief Minister Pervez Khattack has authorized supports for a lawyers’ expenses,” pronounced a brief matter released on Wednesday evening.
Meanwhile, Zafar Abbas, one of a prosecutors in a Mashal Khan’s murder case, has refuted reports that he has quit a charge group of a Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) supervision in perspective of threats from kin of a accused.

Abbas told The Express Tribune that news per his abdication from a charge group was ‘baseless and fake’ and that he had not perceived any threats from anyone.
“I have not quiescent from a charge group and a news present in a media is fake. we have not perceived any threats from anyone… these are packs of lies” he said.
He pronounced he is in a charge group though he does not attend a conference on a unchanging basement since his participation is not indispensable in a case.

“I was enclosed in a charge group to support a prosecutor pleading a box in a court, if and when needed,” he said, adding that he once attended a conference when a conference initial started to see a arrangement in a jail where a box is being heard.
