Putin quips he’s prepared to extend haven to ex-FBI arch Comey

MOSCOW: Russian President Vladimir Putin joked on Thursday that if former FBI executive James Comey suffers harm since of his falling-out with US President Donald Trump, Russia is prepared to extend him asylum.
The offer, done with Putin’s heading caustic humour, came as a Russian boss poured ridicule on Comey for his purpose in a quarrel in Washington over purported Russian nosiness in final year’s US presidential election.
