LAHORE: Every year, Mian Yousaf Salauddin unites eminent singers with budding artists to recover an manuscript of naats during Ramazan. This year will see recover of Ya Mustafa, a fifth manuscript of a kind, come out around a 20th of a holy month.

“I’ve been component naat albums for a final 5 years for my programme Virsa; we recover one each Ramazan,” Salauddin told The Express Tribune. “Previous instalments, such as Madinah Madinah and Ya Nabi perceived a good response, both locally and internationally. Ya Mustafa is special given we have paid reverence to a shining producer and academician Hafeez Taib. Last year, it was Behzaad Lakhnavi. we try to compensate reverence to good poets so that a younger era gets to know about a heritage.”

As Ramazan approaches, attention feels blank left by Junaid Jamshed’s soulful naats

Salauddin is also famous to foster new artists by Virsa and other platforms. “Each year, we deliver uninformed talent. This time, we have Zahra Faraz Butt – a granddaughter of Azam Chisty, who is one of a biggest naat writers, composers and singers of his time. Another gifted visitor is Haleema Yousaf, a immature and arriving naat khawan from Lahore and Mahrukh Malik,” he revealed. “We also have Amanat Ali reciting for us for a initial time, along with Hassan Nasrullah and Hina Nasrullah.  But my core group is Sanam Marvi, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Sahir Ali Bagga. We have finished many successful episodes of Virsa together.”

Salauddin considers composer Bagga an constituent partial of his project. “He is not only a good thespian though a good sound operative too, who gives his best. In a final album, Rahat shouted a naat called Ek Khawab Sunawa that was hugely appreciated and has already a crossed Rs10 million symbol in terms of sales.”

Khan confessed he feels unequivocally propitious to be partial of Ya Mustafa. “I’m celebrated to be compared with Mian Yousaf Salauddin in this tour each year. We’ve finished wonders together and will hopefully, continue to do so,” he said. “We’ve been doing this for 5 years already! we would unequivocally like to appreciate my assembly for giving such a comfortable response to Ek Khwab Sunawa, that became unequivocally successful.  I’m beholden to Mian Saab for creation such a pleasing combination and SM Sadiq for a lyrics.” The Tere Mast Mast Do Nain hitmaker also implored a media to support Islamic and eremite calm as most as it can.

Coke Studio star Sanam Marvi also had zero though praises for her team. “Yousaf Salahuddin is a one who introduced me by Virsa in 2009 and given then, he has been compelling me on several platforms, including Coke Studio,” she shared. “I am where ever we am currently given of him and so, we had to be partial of this album. The lane we have finished is a pleasing kalam called Marhaba. The lyrics are enchanting and we had one of my best practice singing it.”
