SC seeks AGP’s instruction over IHC Judge Shaukat Aziz’s petition

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Thursday sought instruction from a Attorney General of Pakistan over Islamabad High Court (IHC) decider Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui’s petition wherein he appealed to be given an open conference before a Supreme Judicial Council (SJC).
The two-judge bench, comprised of Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh and Justice Qazi Faez Isa, has also referred a matter to Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar to cruise combining a larger dais for conference a IHC judge’s petition.
