SYDNEY: Legendary Australian cricketer Shane Warne has denied reports that he will make his Pakistan Super League (PSL) commentary debut in its third edition.
Warne’s response came two days after a section of media reported that Shane Warne was selected by the PCB to commentate in the league.
In a message on Twitter, Shane Warne has clarified that he hasn’t had any offer from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) regarding commentating on the PSL.
“Nothing from anyone,” he added.
The third edition of the PSL will be played in February next year.
PCB Chairman Najam Sethi has announced that the PSL’s final will be played in Karachi while semi-finals will take place in Lahore.
On Sunday, six PSL franchises participated in the annual draft from a pool of 501 local and foreign players.
