The Sindh High Court rejected the bail petition of two suspects accused of selling the plots of Lines Area Redevelopment Project through China cutting.
China cutting is the illegal slicing off of land from amenity plots to create residential or commercial spaces that are sold for exorbitant rates.
Fareed Yousafani and Tahir Jameel’s lawyer said that the suspects have been in prison for the last three years. They are very sick too, he added.
