KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) postulated on Friday halt bail to business aristocrat Sikandar Jatoi in a box associated to purported crime in a Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM) compartment Nov 15. The halt bail was postulated by a multiplication bench, headed by Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh, that destined him to allow a collateral of Rs500,000 with a court’s nazir (official). The other member of a bench, Justice Muhammad Karim Khan Agha, had however declined to hear a matter. Jatoi had approached a high justice after his bail focus was discharged by an burden justice due to non-prosecution. The National Accountability Bureau claimed a business aristocrat was concerned in a Rs500 million crime fraud in a steel mills. However, Jaoti has denied a allegations. In a high court, Jatoi pleaded for bail arguing that a burden justice had discharged his bail defence over non-prosecution. The justice afterwards supposed his halt bail plea.
